Rugby Africa and the Mauritius Rugby Union have announced the postponement of the 2026 Africa Men’s Sevens Tournament, which was scheduled for 20–21 June in Cascavelle, Mauritius. The decision follows guidance from Mauritian health authorities and precautionary measures linked to the evolving Ebola outbreak in parts of Africa. Organizers say the move was made to prioritize the health and safety of players, officials, fans, and all stakeholders.
