ALT The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. April 15 in Portland, Texas, on a draft air operating permit proposed for the expansion of the Corpus Christi LNG terminal, which has been exporting natural gas since 2018. The expansion will significantly increase the terminal's capacity to liquify natural gas for export.
