when i was a barista, my boss actively paid me less bc tips would make it to where i would get paid decently. it’s fucked up but it’s the reality we currently live in. it actually takes nothing for you to just be nice surprisingly

Tipping culture has become horrendous. No, I am not tipping the barista because they made my ice coffee the way that it should be made. Tipping culture is for servers and other workers that don’t make their full pay and survive off tips. Is everyone okay?
