Woohoo! πŸ₯³

Quietly launched @ui_licious TAMI Studio on @Peerlist without really thinking too much about it... and somehow we got so many votes in the community 1 day after launch to be featured as a Staff Picked Project? πŸ˜„ Guess it was worth it putting all that time and effort to making the app super polished. We overran our Private Beta timeline from 4 months to 8 months. πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜… I know people are always telling me "Hey, you've got the MVP already, why aren't you launching yet?" Yes, sorry, hi... I'm a perfectionist... I mean... I run a company to makes Quality Assurance tools - does that make sense to you? But it's worth it when people are blown away. With so many vibe-coded apps these days, I think first impressions count.

10/ We're working on building TAMI : Auto-Pilot mode, an agent for exploratory testing to help QA teams: πŸ–₯️ Identify features 🧐 Discover edge cases πŸ§ͺ Design test scenarios Because exploratory testing is still a completely manual, tedious, and boring process today. And it is a barrier to the UI test automation journey. As many teams, especially small teams, are overwhelmed just trying to figure out the numerous edge cases and paths to consider.

4/ Featherless-Action-R1 leverages @ui_licious low-code web automation framework and smart targeting engine to achieve stunning accuracy. 🎯🎯🎯 On some sites, it's hitting 100% successful task completion - with repeatability. Where as other agents are capping out at 80%.

Why is software testing important? @kythanh says that more testing means less time to launch. Agree? Disagree?

Whenever devs say testing takes up too much time.🀦 Yes testing takes up extra time to setup at the start, but saves you more time down the road.

@taishiling closed the session before lunchtime with an entertaining journey of a frustrated UI automation tester in testing untestable.site/ πŸ˜… It illustrated her motivations for co-creating @ui_licious with @picocreator. 🀝

Quality should not be an after-thought. Why? "A software that is properly tested and dependable has a competitive advantage because people are more likely to continue using a stable and error-free product" says @AmreDarpan πŸ’―

Yessss I attended an inspiring talk by @taishiling on "UNTestable - It's just pressing a button, how hard could it be?" during our pre-lunch session at @cityjsconf! Also, got a sneak peek at the awesome work by @ui_licious! Let's all embrace the power of buttons, not divs πŸ˜‚

Replying to @trungvose
@tuantrungvo thanks for showing us how not to write an inaccessible button. 🀣 As a QA, I've seen so many on production sadly. πŸ₯² Moral of the story? Let's all use the standard <button> for buttons ya?

And the winner isssss @estee_tey woo! And according to her, testing is important because like hawkers and cafes must test their food before serving it, so devs must test their software before shipping it to users too. Yum, yes indeed, let's ship delicious user experiences. πŸ˜‹
