Vision Pro is cool. When the "immersive video" works, it is really impressive. I think doing productivity work on it will be a little like the iPad though. Sure you could do it but it has a narrow set of strengths and some important weaknesses vs the desktop.

I'm more excited by the entertainment use-case. Puts the AppleTV investment in perspective, since it will be hard to convince studios to invest in content.

SCAVENGERS REIGN is such a great series in a lot of ways, but what I like most is how central parasites are to the plot. ALIEN did this too. Parasitism is something that's pervasive in nature but not represented much in fiction.

Remarkable that CoD Warzone is so unreliable that they have a method to quickly rejoin matches after a crash. I would have focused on fixing the crashes 🤷♂️

I'm getting FOMO from all the cool new React framework stuff out there, though it seems like I'd need to use a vendor-specific platform (Next/Vercel) to adopt RSC. That seems... really bad?

There has to be some middle ground between banning Jordan Peterson from the internet and Youtube shamelessly promoting him to me every time I search for guitar lessons. It's not exactly the complex free speech issue people make it out to be.
