The Dept. of Communication, UoH, hosted a workshop on parliamentary reporting by Yashika Kedia & Chakshu Roy from PRS Legislative Research, a Delhi-based non-profit working to make India’s legislative process more transparent & participatory.
ALT PRS Legislative Research is dedicated to making the Indian legislative process more informed, transparent, and participatory. The workshop highlighted the specialized skill of reporting legislative and parliamentary proceedings, requiring a deep understanding of procedures and processes.

It was a pleasure hosting a research roundtable by Prof. Shashidhar Nanjundaiah, Dean, School of Media, Mahindra University. His talk, What makes our societies media-illiterate? drew from his new book, News Aesthetics and Myth: the Making of Media Illiteracy in India (Routledge).
