Thank you for the recommending me @CheyneWalkClub @SollusHealth. If you would like some help @RevRichardColes I’d be very pleased to help. From your tweet I already have an idea as to what the problem is. Probably best to DM or speak on the phone

Thank you for the mention @CheyneWalkClub and @MarkCoster It's great to be mentioned in the same sentence as @upper_limb and I would probably try him first tbh 🤔😳

Totally agree @jmesillett - let’s do the same @enviromentalist @NGHnhstrust
As a trust could @NGHnhstrust and @KettGeneral recycle face masks? @simonweldonceo @NGH_IPC @LeeTayl33450204 @ngh_matt we go through so many and this would be a great initiative to take up... leicestermercury.co.uk/news/…

If you have pain in your thumbs for no reason, or if your pain doesn’t go away after injury, it may be the start of thumb #arthritis. A top consultant #orthopaedic surgeon, Mr Alistair Jepson (@upper_limb), explains how it can be treated: bit.ly/3uZSaKn.

Very well done @enviromentalist What would really cap it all off would be some electric car charge points, maybe as part of the new grand entrance to @NGHnhstrust - what better time to do it!!
Thank you for the 😍 @planey2k @LEDAortho
So much to LOVE about this post from @upper_limb.. 🎸 👍🔥🥰 Two weeks post #thumbreplacement surgery: Patient satisfaction, the joy of life, the importance of work, the pleasure of music .. could a trapeziectomy patient do this? Thrilled to have play…lnkd.in/gyGb-Vs
I couldn’t agree more about cost of hospital food - whatever happened to the #mealdeal. If every major supermarkets can offer this why can’t #nhs
I paid £7.65 for a boxed salad and a coffee in a hospital canteen recently. With staff discount.

I have been wearing these valved FFP3 masks since the start of COVID...looks like I might have to switch to the other design
THIS IS REALLY WORRYING FFP3 masks with exhalation valves (like ones below I have tweeted about) can transmit coronavirus from asymptomatic healthcare workers to patients See statement issued jointly by @BAOMSOfficial @BAOMS_Chair @ENT_UK @BAOS_UK baoms.org.uk/_userfiles/page…

I like and admire the concept but if there was a workable design then I suspect someone would have come up with it by now!

Face masks are now being advised in public. Deaf people urgently need manufacturers to step up to make clear face masks. Not just for ourselves but for those who communicate with us. Preferably to be in wider use too. These are all US manufacturers, is there anyone in the UK?
This is a lovely film @BFI reflecting the #nhs so well and one we as hand surgeons know only too well @BSSHand

I cried as I watched Michael Rosen's 'These are the Hands' a Fund-raising ad for NHS Charities Together: from @BFI and @evcomur How the NHS has cared for us for 70 yrs. The most emotional 1 minute 50 second film I have ever seen! DON"T MISS IT - massive!: bit.ly/bfitouh
Progress finally! Coronavirus: Military to test key workers in mobile units bbc.co.uk/news/health-524285…
The spare capacity needs to be used! @telegraph we need regional assessment/testing centres that the public can access locally like in New Zealand telegraph.co.uk/news/2020/04…

Why have we not heard anything yet @MattHancock about community assessment centres in UK for #Covid_19 testing especially as there is available testing capability? My friend & medical colleague @drjoevb in New Zealand is leading on this in his district i.stuff.co.nz/bay-of-plenty/…

Bravo! Thank you for contributing to the #COVIDー19 effort. We all love gin, especially yours, but hand gel is sadly a priority.
