FFP3 masks with exhalation valves (like ones below I have tweeted about) can transmit coronavirus from asymptomatic healthcare workers to patients

I like and admire the concept but if there was a workable design then I suspect someone would have come up with it by now!
Face masks are now being advised in public. Deaf people urgently need manufacturers to step up to make clear face masks. Not just for ourselves but for those who communicate with us. Preferably to be in wider use too. These are all US manufacturers, is there anyone in the UK?

Why have we not heard anything yet @MattHancock about community assessment centres in UK for #Covid_19 testing especially as there is available testing capability? My friend & medical colleague @drjoevb in New Zealand is leading on this in his district i.stuff.co.nz/bay-of-plenty/…
