Be thankful he was not deported back. It is clearly mentioned in PAR that it should be printed/signed by traveler. How difficult is that? If you canโt follow a simple rule which grants visa free entry to Indian passport holders, why travel? Donโt complain about printing charges!
My friend arrived in Hong Kong without a physical copy of his HK PAR. He showed a soft copy on his mobile. Immigration kicked him away and told him to use this printing service.
A single printout costing โน5-10 rupees in India costs 1100 here.
Airports are always exploiting the convenience urge.
