About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented CX Intern to support our customer engagement and onboarding efforts. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in customer experience, support, or community management. You will be the first point of contact across multiple channels and play a key role in creating positive customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Respond to customer inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels in a timely and professional manner
⢠Engage with leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain active communication
⢠Make outbound calls to leads to provide information, answer questions, and drive conversions
⢠Support the onboarding of new users, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
⢠Track conversations, feedback, and customer issues for continuous improvement
⢠Collaborate with the team to improve response quality, processes, and overall customer experience
Requirements
⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills
⢠Comfortable speaking on calls and engaging with different types of customers
⢠Basic understanding of social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn)
⢠Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
⢠Willingness to learn and grow in customer experience and support
⢠A positive attitude and strong sense of empathy
Nice to Have
⢠Prior experience in customer support, sales, or community management
⢠Interest in tech, startups, or customer experience (CX)
⢠Familiarity with CRM or support tools
