Mental health has been a huge priority for me this past year. It’s also been the hardest thing I’ve ever done.
I’m still new, but best unsolicited advice I can give is: slow down and have compassion for yourself. You are your own worst enemy and it will be a constant battle.

Mental illness is the real epidemic.
People bring up so many forms of privilege but neglect to mention the sheer disadvantage someone with mental health troubles has vs those who don’t, at least to a degree that can be debilitating at times.
That’s called mental privilege.
