My job allows me to bring Glasgow Hawks innovative conditioning and research practices
The @takasocials_usa anaylsis gives amazing detail to players about how impactful their performance was on the match outcome- where, when and how they made impact during the match.
I also have expertise in supporting the wellbeing of players within a mentally-health environment

Traffic Light System 🚦(RAG):
🔴 Red (Excessive) = 3 Effect Size/ 125% against a set threshold
🟡 Amber (Overload) = 2 Effect Size/ 110% – 125% against a set threshold
🟢 Green (Optimal) = 1 Effect Size/ 75% – 110% against a set threshold
The RAG system is quick and easy to read and interpret for all players and performance staff, helping to make informed decisions.
