The heartbreaking thing about any playoffs/madness is that there's a group of seniors who have dedicated their whole lives to their sport & will have it come to an abrupt end at any given moment. Sports are beautiful, heartbreaking, rewarding, unpredictable.

I will say this, fighting FOR human rights & stripping people of their human rights are 2 very different things. Some people really don’t want equality, they want privilege. Empathy and healthy dialogue are both lost art. We need more of it. We need people to see people.

On this day 11 years ago, Florida State women's basketball rallied to upset No. 25 Michigan State in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge, 60-58. Natasha Howard finished with 23 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Seminoles. Morgan Jones added 15 points in the victory.
