Total #commsfail today on the #CoronationConcert front. Whilst I’m gutted I’m also feeling very sorry for the poor comms folk who wrote/approved ‘that’ email we all received. “Congratulations” to nobody! 😬

It was a misleading email with poor wording.
How many tickets were actually available and how many people were emailed and wrongly told they had been ‘successful in the ballot for a pair of tickets’ when really they just had another chance at maybe getting tickets?
