lil rant tweet. (in my eyes these would be positive changes for the rust pvp scene.) f1 nades context: in the clip the guy runs out naked not peeking me, chucking nades while the other guy on his roof holds me (good tactics i guess), the game is unplayable here to me unless i kill roof guy (at least he didn't have any peeks). the problem: i understand nades can have skill and have their own place in the game but rust in my eyes just isn't a one shot kill game. (nades in cs, a one shot kill game, do a fraction of the damage of a nade in rust. obviously theres healing in rust so it makes the mechanic different) my solution: nerf nades to less than lethal damage (i know about asbestos. i guess its the cost of snowballing that you can't craft them so often) lmk what you think about nades. HEAVY POT. context: i am known to be heavy pot abuser since they're so op, i don't enjoy pot pvp. i like being outnumbered, so pot helps but now all decent players put a pot on their head and fights become so boring, it's basically impossible to 1v5 now because everyone has a pot helmet (you always trade damage going body vs body since ttk is increased, being outnumbered is insanely worse), and this is just ground pvp, im not even talking about attack helis and minis... problem: - too cheap (4hqm for a better facemask) - too op - shouldn't be allowed in flying machinery or view solution solution: make heavy pot uncraftable (silencer treatment) - would fix the boring ground pvp and roaming attack heli would actually take skill now (or time to collect a full set), flying a mini would take planning it would obviously have to be more common than silence, in order to be able to collect a whole set. drop it in heli/brad/locked/elite crates. now clans would actually have limited resources to roam attack heli and wouldn't be able to just win any fight abusing the broken situation. could rant a lot more about a lot of outdated crafting costs that don't match todays games progression and need to be updated, but it's enough for now i hope this came off constructive and i do want to comment that i enjoy the game, just these things make it stinky sometimes @FcpnchStds @playrust @Alistair_McF
