For 3 years I’ve avoided running west mags. I’d tell myself I was being smart, wasn’t quite ready- but truthfully I was afraid. What if I got above 8000ft on grueling terrain and just couldn’t handle it? Today I finally faced my fears. And actually enjoyed it. 😏#FaceYourFears
