BREAKING: Oklahoma AG Gentner Drummond files lawsuit in Rogers County to stop Inola aluminum smelter project. According to the Attorney General, the lawsuit argues that the smelter would constitute a public nuisance and could create serious environmental impacts affecting Eastern Oklahoma. Drummond also raised concerns about the project's ownership structure, noting that the majority owner is based in the United Arab Emirates.
