Every transaction I do short of groceries, I ask if there is a cash price.
Often companies are surprised if you want to pay cash
I pay cash way more often than not
Everyone says cash is king.
Try paying rent with cash.
Most landlords won’t take it.
Most apps won’t process it.
Most banks charge you to deposit it.
The system doesn’t want your cash.
It wants your debt.
Debt generates interest.
Cash doesn’t generate anything for them.
This is put out there to record people who answer that way.

I hope we do not lift our naval blockade until all mines are removed and the Strait is visibly, verifiably open and ships are easily passing through it.
If we remove the blockade first, Iran will never “find” the mines, and the Strait will still be under their control.
