SCS surveyed 600 aftermarket automotive shoppers to better understand the lasting effects of COVID-19 and the new omnichannel shopper. We discovered that the COVID-19 fallout did not result in a shoulder season. The omnichannel shopper is as complex as ever and here to stay.
