There's a reason we call Core the Helvetica of icons.
Core is about being useful without being noticed. Clean, simple, reliable. The kind of icons that just work everywhere without making a fuss about it.
We designed Core to be like those things everyone loves but never really thinks about. It's Helvetica. It's The Beatles. It's pizza.
Core doesn't try to be the star. It just quietly does its job really, really well.

The best description of why AI creation will overwhelm us with noise 👇
There’s a lot of upset vibe lovers in here so let me double down and clarify something:
AI lowers the bar of accessibility to tasks and skills that were once reserved for highly skilled people.
This isn’t, in itself, a bad thing.
But
Lower bar of accessibility = more output
More output = higher ratio of slop vs quality
> Have people written good code with ChatGPT? Sure.
> Have people created amazing visuals with Midjourney? Sure.
> Have people made nice landing pages with V0? Sure.
> Will people create cool product animations with Claude skills and remotion? Probably.
But that’s the 1%
> X is plagued with AI posts and replies
> YouTube is plagued with AI brainrot
> Medium is plagued with AI written articles
> Open source projects are plagued with AI written PRs
> The internet is plagued with purple gradient landing pages.
> Now timelines will be plagued with Claude-created default remotion templates.
That’s the slop.
Stop being sloppy.

Business idea for a talented designer: Make an icon library which has the same style as SF Symbols. Please tell me something like this exists. SF Symbols are great for system icons but it's heavily lacking in the lifestyle area.
