I'm seeing a lot of fake information about a potential deal to reopen the Strait and end Iran's nuclear weapons program. First, the Iranians are not receiving any cash, and no funds are being released for simply signing a deal or attending a meeting. The deal is structured to ensure that the US and its allies concerns are prioritized, and that if the Islamic Republic of Iran meets its obligations, then economic benefits will flow to them and to the entire region. This deal has the potential to remake the region and lead to lasting peace. I've noticed a couple of bizarre things in the reporting over the last few hours. First, people who (rightly) said Donald Trump was a historic president a month ago now criticizing a deal based on unconfirmed media reports. Second, people who say you can't trust a word said by the IRGC who apparently believe anonymously sourced social media posts. The president is going to get us a good outcome, one way or the other.

Today, the SBA introduced a new proposed rule to formally dismantle the race-based admissions framework that effectively barred white Americans from accessing 8(a) set-aside and sole-source contracting opportunities. Under this new rule, no applicant can be admitted to or denied entry into the 8(a) program solely on the basis of race. Instead, every applicant must demonstrate actual social disadvantage, including discrimination caused by unlawful DEI policies in the public and private sectors. This reform will formally end the Biden-era approach to 8(a), when the program was weaponized to steer exclusive contracting opportunities to favored groups while shutting out other deserving Americans. Under the Trump SBA, lucrative federal contracting opportunities will not be granted on the basis of race, ethnicity, or personal politics. sba.gov/article/2026/06/11/s…

I’ve referred these allegations to DOJ’s new Fraud Division for criminal investigation. Minnesota state officials are not above the law, and if they facilitated fraud, lied under oath about what they knew, or harassed and intimated whistleblowers, they must face justice.
BREAKING: We just released a BOMBSHELL report exposing how Governor Tim Walz and AG Keith Ellison fueled Minnesota's fraud explosion. $9 billion in Medicaid lost. $300 million in federal child nutrition funds were placed at serious risk. Read the report and key takeaways 👇🏻

🇺🇸🚀 SOME NEWS: I'll be leaving my role at the White House at the end of this month. After a break I’ll be working on helping tackle some of the large challenges facing America on AI (more on that later). It is hard to express how big a privilege it has been to serve the American people and how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to do so. First and foremost, it has been an honor to serve under President @realDonaldTrump . Without his leadership, we would not be leading in the AI race. Second, I owe a lot to the person I’ve worked mostly closely with over the last 18 months - @DavidSacks . His continuing advocacy for America winning on AI has been and continues to be crucial. Some key public accomplishments from last year I’m proud of 1. Architecting and publishing the American AI Action Plan - charting the course for America to win on AI and helping execute on that for the last year. 2. The AI acceleration partnerships to help American AI stack win globally. 3. The National AI Policy Framework for Artificial Intelligence executive order (forming the basis for working with the Hill this year) 4. Advocating for the American AI stack with our allies globally (the AI summits in France and India, state visits to the UK, the Middle East and more) So what’s next? The past 18 months have given me a front row seat to this critical moment on AI facing America and our allies. Whether it is energy, data centers or a clear path for Americans to experience the benefits of AI, there are many tough issues we all need to navigate together. I plan on building institutions that help tackle some of those challenges for America and its allies. I want to thank many others who have helped along the way in the administration : Kevin Hassett, @mkratsios47 , CoS @SusieWiles47 , VP @JDVance , @StevenCheung47 , Sec Bessent, Sec Lutnick, Sec Rubio and @jacobhelberg , @USWREMichael , Josh Gruenbaum, Watson Fagan, Ryan Baasch, Jeff Kessler, Alexei Bulazel, DepSec Landau, DepSec Dabar, Will Scharf, Taylor Budowich, @JamesBlairUSA , @elonmusk and many, many others. You know who you are and I know I’ll continue to see you a lot more. Most of all, I want to thank @aarthir on supporting everything and being part of this unexpected but amazing journey from last January. None of this would be possible without her. This journey has been the privilege of a lifetime and shown me how special this country is and how it needs all of us to contribute in anyway we can - and I plan on continuing to do just that. 🇺🇸

Henry Nowak died the same way a civilization dies: abandoned, handcuffed by authorities who neither trusted nor cared for him, and accused of hate crimes he did not commit. His murder is as tragic as it is enraging. He should still be alive today, and he would be if the last few generations of European elites had stood their ground against the politics of self-hatred and the mass invasion of migrants, many of whom despise the West and the people who love it. Henry was far from the first to so needlessly lose his life, and I fear he won’t be the last. Each time a life like his is lost, the proper response—the only response—is righteous anger. One of the most important things the Trump administration has proven to the world is that stopping the flow of mass migration and defending national sovereignty is a matter of political will and leadership. Anything else is an excuse. It is because we love the West that we want to preserve it. We love our civilization. We love our country. We love our children. And nobody—nobody—should ever die the way that Henry Nowak died. May God comfort those who loved him, and may God rest his soul.
In his final moments, Henry Nowak told police officers nine times “I can’t breathe” and four times that he had been stabbed. In response police officer dragged him across the gravel, handcuffed and read him his rights. It was the last thing Henry heard before he died.

Today @POTUS signed an EO that keeps America leading in AI while putting frontier AI capabilities to work strengthening our cyber defenses. AI systems are now the most powerful tools we have ever had to harden our cyber infrastructure and stay ahead of adversaries. It is a real blessing that these capabilities are being developed by American industry, and not by those who would use them against us. whitehouse.gov/presidential-…

In 1960, in Morgantown, WV, John F. Kennedy called coal "the foundation of American strength and the source of American plenty." Those words are just as true today. When you see a skyscraper or a battleship, when you turn on the AC or flip a light switch — thank God for a coal miner.

BREAKING: Russ Vought at OMB has just overhauled $1 TRILLION in federal grants by adding: Strict E-Verify requirements, English-language rules, and political appointee oversight to ensure taxpayer dollars go to American citizens first. Vought’s new proposal replaces automatic payouts with “pay for performance” standards. Grants can now be terminated for waste, fraud, underperformance, or pushing anti-American priorities like DEI, gender ideology, or Green New Scam programs. No more blank checks and fraud complaints go STRAIGHT to inspectors general and U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro within 10 days. 🇺🇸🇺🇸 Here’s Vought a month ago laying out his plan that went into effect today.

Today, the task force and the DOJ announced a massive take down of two of the largest Medicaid fraud cases in Minnesota state history, as well as the largest autism fraud scheme ever charged by the federal government. Our message is simple: if you’re committing fraud, we will find you, and we won’t rest until justice is served.

BEHIND THE SCENES -- At a Catholic Connection event this morning with EMMER, @VP was making a pitch for rail safety language in the highway bill. “Our new coalition is, more working class than it was 30 or 40 years ago. And I think it comes along with a very ... Catholic understanding that we have to be geared towards the common good.” “So we appreciate anybody who's willing to give that bill their support. It matters a lot to me and the president."
NEW IN @PunchbowlNews AM: PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP and VP JD VANCE are pushing for rail-safety language in the highway bill. It's split House Republicans. The leadership doesn't sound hot on it. @SteveScalise: “There’s definitely a lot of members that have expressed concern about it, so you know it’s one of a few items that makes the bill more complicated to pass. Asked if he personally supported the provision, Scalise said this: “I have not had a chance to read the whole thing. I’m concerned about some of the things I’ve seen.” @SpeakerJohnson: He’s “heard feedback” from several members with “different perspectives on it.” “I know it’s a big priority of the White House, so, you know, we’ll work through that, but I don’t know yet how it’s going to land,” Johnson said. punchbowl.news/archive/52126…

Republicans need to pass this bill to ensure that the East Palestine disaster never happens again. Very important vote today!
Huge vote today in the House Transportation Committee to make sure that another East Palestine rail disaster never happens again. We campaigned on this in 2024, and it’s time to finally make it happen. Don’t listen to swamp lies—vote with MAGA and the patriots of East Palestine!

In executing @POTUS’ directive to lower the cost of home construction, HUD is encouraging states and localities to reevaluate their regulations, which can add more than $100k to the price of a home build. HUD’s Best Practices Report will CUT COSTS, UNLOCK LAND, AND SAVE TIME.
