Generally speaking, I think there's space for some amazing ML developer assistance tools that are not as ambitious as Copilot. Don't write my code for me. Surface useful information, like related issues, parts of the codebase that are often modified together, potential fixes...

Test frameworks. Not even once.
I am forced to write tests like this on a project and it kills me. You lose the readability and you don't get to feel out the api. This might be easy to do, but it's not easy to understand :(.
