A group in Japan led by Koichi Takahashi is presenting posters on a genome based whole cell simulation of E. Coli and E-Cell4 @ecellproject, a multi-algorithmic simulator at this year's @cosi_sysmod track at ISMB. Learn more about their simulator at e-cell.org/
