You have to dull your senses, numb your sensitivity in order to survive the loud and crowd. There is no other way.
Either, take drugs in the form of medicines or social media to numb down your sensitivity. Else, you are bound to break down.
Or you can do the following:
1. Channelize the restless energy in creative and productive ways like you have always
2. Work on strengthening your core.
3. Only mindfulness ain’t gonna cut it. Practice grounding.
