At the moment I’m finding doing some grounding🦶🏽(bare feet on the earth 🌍) in the morning, helps energise me for the rest of the day although it’s winter & morning times can be cold, it’s been feeling refreshing #CityGirlinNature#StayGrounded#ExplorersMindset 💚
