I don't really talk about myself on here so this feels weird but I want to share something.
I've been in crypto since 2011 when I made my first Bitcoin investment. Most of my twenties were spent grinding: consulting gigs, building a dev company, trying to figure out where I fit in all of this. Trying to build something of value. I have probably tried 20 different ventures by now.
All the while I was watching companies like Cash App, PayPal, Wise, Venmo and other payment apps pop up. It was such a no brainer. Moving money. It's difficult. It's not fun. But it is an essential part of every day life. I thought about it over the years and the more I think about it, it's prime for disruption.
A couple buddies introduced me to the
@CantonNetwork @CantonFdn ecosystem and for the first time, there it was. An environment that would support the disruption through privacy-native infrastructure. All the while being trusted by major institutions like Goldman Sachs, Broadridge, NASDAQ. The list goes on.
After about a week thinking about making the leap I decided to go for it. I hit up my CTO Zabir and we went all in. No safety net. Just conviction and a dream to create an app that makes a difference and be a part of the future of blockchain integrated payments.
That idea and vision became our neobank,
@lattice_finance.
50,000 people have joined our waitlist. We're getting contacted by some of the highest signal funds around. Our partner network is growing with some massive names. And honestly some mornings I still can't believe it. We haven't even launched yet.
I don't know where this goes but I know I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be.
