UPDATE: *twice* 15/10 & 16/10 told me they'd be in touch within 12 hours! Chased 20/10. STILL NO MONEY!

So I did what they asked and the instructions said I had to follow a provided link and mark it as email sent....only that option WASN'T AVAILABLE and I've sent 4 different emails to them to try to explain this but...

of return and receipt for the courier within 72 hours *AGAIN* or they'd assume I don't want a refund and would CLOSE MY CASE. Like in these challenging times I can afford to 'forget about' OVER £400!!!!!

I then involved Amazon A-to-Z who said they'd take over and I'd get my refund, plus any shipping costs, within 7-10 days ago.
That was 9th JULY!!!!
More regular chasing and this week they told me that I had to send proof

It was badly damaged, UNSAFE 🚳 and unfit for purpose.
The seller wouldn't take it back.
I then involved Amazon A-to-Z who said they'd take over and
