@PayPal @AskPayPal @CFPB PayPal's new Bill Pay service lost a >$100 payment. PayPal customer service is not trained in PayPal Bill Pay, saying only recourse is to contact my local utility company who does NOT accept PayPal (they don't understand it is not a regular PayPal txn).

@ChaseSupport WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND CHASE ULTIMATE REWARD TRAVEL SERVICES!!! Have had issue after issue with no final resolution. Have escalated and been told things are complete and they are NOT! Worst service ever. Escalated to VPs and Legal Counsel and still waiting to hear

@Uber_Support need help. Delivery driver handed my food delivery over and the drinks were upside down in the bag, split all over the outside of my house, inside of my door way and wet the food through. We now have no drinks, cold wet food and McDonald’s won’t give us a refund
