Exciting piece this weekend from The New York Times covering the Delphis of @lennysan, @AlisaCohn, and @bussgang. A product leader, an executive coach, and a Harvard professor, each with a Delphi that answers questions, coaches, and teaches in their own voice, at scale. Learning from the best used to require a steep fee, a long waitlist, or an invitation into the right room. Now anyone can learn directly from the top experts in any field.

Every layoff announcement lately points to the same culprit: AI. So we asked Zack Kass's Delphi (he spent years at OpenAI) the question underneath all of them: how do you stay employed in the AI era? Have your own questions? Try asking his Delphi.

Closing the day, @Varun from OpenAI on why this is the leverage moment for creators. One person with AI can build what used to take a whole team.

The greatest minds have always been hard to reach. Most people were left digging through their books Talking to their digital mind gives you direct access.
This is so good. I love Derek's essays.

Mercor, Lovable, Vercel, and Anthropic - all hacked in the last few weeks. Many founders, including myself, are asking "how can we prevent this from happening?” So I asked @EnriqueSalem, former CEO of Symantec (cybersecurity giant) and now partner at @BainCapVC. And he said "It's not a matter of if you'll get hacked, it's only when and how often” So don’t try to protect everything. Only focus on what actually matters. In this week’s episode of The Library of Minds we discuss why you shouldn’t install OpenClaw on your main computer, how startups should prioritize what’s worth securing, and the nightmare scenario of agents acting with your credentials but without your judgment. 03:02 - How AI radicalized the spam problem 07:49 - How to poison an agent 09:21 - The new cybersecurity threats from AI 13:26 - The AI nightmare scenario 14:50 - Will your agent blackmail you? 16:35 - Why he trusts Perplexity and not OpenClaw 18:56 - Anthropic, Vercel, Lovable, Mercor breaches 22:41 - How to build a great security product 27:45 - Getting pushed out of Symantec 29:26 - What Enrique is hunting for in 2026

If AI companies don’t start winning the narrative war the public is going to burn it all down says @braveben, ex-CRO of Flexport & partner at Saga Ventures Not a product war. A narrative war. AI labs are discovering cancer treatments, new molecules, and materials breakthroughs in real time. Nobody's celebrating. People are fighting the construction of data centers that would create local tax revenue. Ben's conclusion: The labs that are effectively becoming nation states in terms of their level of power and influence. They're going to have to make massive shows to the public or the public will burn it all down. In this week's episode of The Library of Minds, Ben breaks down the AI narrative war, why great companies should be going public, why list construction is still the most underrated GTM skill, and why outbound as we know it might be dead. 01:15 — The story of Ryan Peterson and Flexport 05:09 — We are losing AI narrative war 10:55 — All Americans need ownership in the future 13:23 — His secret for B2B hyper growth 20:38 — The real definition of an AI company 24:28 — What it takes to change the world 27:08 — Opportunities: What Ben is looking for

Good chatting with fellow Hoya @sumeet724 on the idea maze of Delphi and why humans still matter in a post-AGI world
New Worldbuilders episode is live. @sumeet724 sits down with @daraladje, Co-Founder and CEO of @withdelphi. Delphi lets you create a digital version of your mind – an interactive presence that can share your knowledge and represent you at scale. The company raised $16M in a Series A led by Sequoia. Before Delphi, Dara built and sold Friday, a text-based commerce tool, within a year. The idea started with Dara's grandfather. He'd had a stroke and couldn't be asked questions directly. After reading Kurzweil's How to Create a Mind, Dara used GPT-3 to build a digital version of him – and realized the insight wasn't what the clone said, but that it came from someone he trusted. "Delphi kind of makes humans the main characters again, where AI is the main character right now." "No one wanted our product. It was really painful. You just have to continue. And survive." They cover why he chose LLMs over crypto, Dara selling his first startup and joining OpenStore to find a mentor, the micro-pivots that shaped Delphi, and why trust is the thing AI can't commoditize. Full episode below.

You can now visualize your Delphi's Mind. Delphi minds are inspired by the way human brains are modeled to store rich amounts of experiences, beliefs, and knowledge about a person. Check mine out below or visit any Delphi profile. delphi.ai/alvin/visualize
