Every time I hear someone say autistic people โcan learn social behavioursโ like yes I can definitely improve conversation skills and am very sensitive to the environment but Iโll never have the innate ability to understand social cues that allistics have. Thatโs the disability

whenever i have a good day or a few hours without getting bothered by something my brain starts to convince me that im not really autistic
whats happening though is now that i know, im accommodating for myself more and therefore am able to not be so burnt out and over stimulated
