I've worked together with @astro_timpeake ever since he was appointed @esa astronaut, and it has been an awful lot of fun - and this not the end of that journey! I look forward to seeing what the next chapter bring. Thank you Tim for all your have done, and will do, for UK space.

EXCITING NEWS! The MME2 worms have made it back to Earth and are now in the Ohio labs. Here is a picture of one of the experimental cassettes we have removed from the freezer ready for opening. Stay tuned for more updates. #wormsinspace #MME2 @ohiou @spacegovuk @UNAD_Research

For now, we will be opening up all 24 space-flown experimental cassettes so that we can put all 72 worm-containing bags in the freezer. Our next step will be preparing for analysis #staytuned #wormsinspace #MME2
