@hedera is the network to build this on. All messages can be logged onto the network using HCS and all payments can be native to the same network.
The only network able to handle this throughput in the most cost efficient way. $HBAR

I have no clue if thereβs merit to this thread. There are about 6,000 tweets per second. If @elonmusk wanted he could use @Hedera Consensus Service to easily handle this volume (10,000 msgs/sec) at a cost of $0.0001. You could send/receive 1,000 tweets for 10 cents. #hashledger
