I saw a UFO yesterday while driving 👽. Basically looked exactly like the "tic tac" that has been seen a lot. I was driving on backroads with lots of trees but saw it clearly three times when the trees cleared giving me a view of the sky. Then after another ten seconds under trees when I was able to see the sky again it was gone.

Honestly respect to Zooko for admitting that there is no way to know if the exploit happened or not. Way more truthful than the Zodl blog post, which deflected this point and said that the ZEC supply is safe.

There are reports that the ZCash network is down but these are unfounded. The chain is up and block explorers are pointed to non-updated nodes. However the fork has been sloppy, as there is currently no wallet fix implemented except for the Zodl wallet. Cake wallet, for example, is still not working.

Looks like zcash shielded transactions are back up. A double spend bug has been avoided, which had been caught with the use of recently released ai analysis tools.
