I cannot imagine the anguish for a House Buyer after a 27 year fight with #Tarion ending in the taking of his life by #Suicide. That is so wrong! Shame on all Politicians who had the power to protect New House Buyers & their families but instead chose to sell out to lobbyists!

See Tarion's 2025 annual report: says it pays approx $75 million in salaries admin costs, and approx $77 million in claims to new home buyers. Since it's the builder's warranty anyway, and Tarion is a government agency, why not make Tarion services optional, and make builders directly responsible to buyers for the home warranty they provide?
Many new homebuyers don't see value in #Tarion, complex and confusing to navigate, too long to resolve defects. #onpoli
