What works for me is a 3 layer angle research method most affs dont do systematically. Most ppl when they want new creatives just look at competitor ads and try to riff. The problem is you copy the WORDS but miss the underlying structure thats actually making the ad work in the first place First, collect 20-30 winning ads in your niche. Ad Library, use spy folders shared in private groups. Whatever works. Get 20-30 examples that have been running 30 days, the longer running the more proven the angle. Second, transcribe all of them. Use whisper api or any other app Third, feed them to claude with a prompt like: “Here are 20 winning ad scripts in [niche]. For each one identify the surface promise (what they literally offer), the emotional driver (what the person actually wants underneath), the objection addressed (what theyve been told before that didnt work), the hook formula (first 3 seconds structure), and the proof element. Then synthesize the most common patterns across all 20.” This gives you the underlying framework not just the words. Like the surface promise might be “lose 20 lbs in 30 days” but the actual emotional driver is “stop feeling invisible” and the objection addressed is “tried diets that always fail.” Fourth, now ask the AI to generate 30 fresh ad concepts for YOUR offer using these patterns but with completely different hooks, CTAs and so on Fifth, cherry pick the best 10-15 concepts and send them into production Whole workflow takes 2-3 hrs and gives you some good angles I used to do this manually but eventually had a friend build me a bot that automates the whole thing, takes winning ads as input, outputs 100 rendered video variations, auto launches to Meta, auto kills/scales ads.

About 60 days ago the main affiliate offer I was running (freecash) stopped printing for me, so I ended up switching verticals and one of my friends put me on his offer and gave me a really good payout So yeah I basically did $1.1M revenue in 2 months (around $600K profit) I scaled it from $0 to $20K/day in 10 days and from there I was spending $30K - $60k per day, roas wasnt consistent at all but at this volume I don’t even care anymore Now the offer isn’t doing as well (hence why im posting about it) but I’m still averaging 2 roas on $30k/day spend, so I’ll keep running this till it dies The creatives I’m running are simple AI ugc, alongside some statics But yea I basically got a dev to build a really nice bot that handles the whole creative side lmao. I just feed it like 5-6 winning creatives and it pumps out hella variations and concepts, uses API to generate the AI UGC vids, adds captions and then it splits them into ad sets, auto scales the winning ads, auto kills if they arent performing well etc

Quick follow up on this tweet I posted 2 months ago. The offer is starting to die down, still pulling 4 fig days but the roas is all over the place, one day im doing 3-4x and the next im getting absolutely destroyed. Probably gonna keep running it for another couple weeks till it fully craps out Got put onto another bizopp offer around 3 weeks back and scaled it to $40k/day at 2 roas for like 5 days straight but now thats dying out too, payout got dropped because AOV ended up being trash (I probably shouldnt be running black people but its whatever) Started testing some gamba offers this week, $20 deposit / $150-500 CPA on DE and NL. Some small private network, maybe 6 affs running it total. Never touched gambling before so I have no idea if these are normal payouts or im getting fucked (they sound good to me). Anyone in this vertical know whats standard

Start out by joining public networks and driving traffic to their offers, eventually they’ll put you onto better offers Or alternatively you could just larp ur way to the top… tell them you do $ X spend per month on another network, fake some screenshots and you’re in.

Do you have any advice on where to find offers when starting in affiliate ?

Yes it’s mostly automated, only thing I touch manually is the bigger scale ups (anything past $400/day caps) if youre running Meta paid traffic at any kind of volume the testing side is what eats your time. I had a dev build me a bot that handles it end to end, drop 5-6 winning concepts into telegram, generates 30-40 AI ugc variants, edits them a bit, auto launches into test ad sets Watches first hour CPC, anything over $1.50 dies automatically. Anything in the borderline range gets a 30 min grace period if CTR is decent coz some good creatives are slow starters Survivors run 24 hrs at the test cap. Anything hitting target CPA gets flagged for me to approve scaling past $ Past that tier I want to manually approve cos im not letting a bot decide to spend $1k /day on a single ad without me looking at it Saves me probably 10 hrs/week on the testing side

I have. A question, is the bot thing actually fully automated or are you still touching it manually? whats the actual workflow look like, would love to know more

CPI offers are the best ones to run as a beginner imo, it’s so much cheaper to test with and it’s lower CPA run native style ads on newsbreak > simple lander > app store install the only issue im having with mobile CPI are the caps, i can’t really scale that much higher
Native Ads Pay Per Install computer games No one talks about it Payout isn’t huge , not an attractive vertical, nothing « blackhat » to make you feel like a bad boy But they’re printing money in silence 💰

this is an older push notif ad for weight loss nutra funnel is push > pre-lander > COD offer
women 30-50, tier 2/3 geos (LATAM, SEA, Eastern Europe)
leads to diet pill landing page offering "natural weight loss formula"
this creative structure has been running for 4 years because it targets specific demo (moms), shows result (loose pants), creates FOMO (must know/secret), low-pressure format (notification not ad)
PropellerAds, RichAds, DaoPush all have millions of impressions of this exact angle
affiliates have been running this forever, they always run the same formula because the psychology never changes

by this definition 99.9% of profitable affiliates “haven’t made it” even if they’re clearing $500k /year i’ve been at this for a while and “making it” has changed every time i hit a milestone thought $10k/month was it, then $50K, then $100K and so on now i’m at $200K months and the goal keeps changing it’s a mindset thing not a number. how many people you know who actually hit $50M revenue?
22 Dec 2025
How much revenue is required to "make it" as an affiliate? $50m. At 20% ROI thats $10m. This earns enough interest to cover bills even post tax in a money market account. This can be done in a single year with the right opportunity
