I’ve been building products for 10 years, and one thing I keep seeing is people saying, “I built a thing,” as if that’s the hard part.
It usually isn’t.
What makes the thing fly is everything around it: the hustle, positioning, distribution, iteration, listening, refining, and showing up again and again.
That’s also probably why they didn’t build it sooner. The product is only part of the job.
