The Google domains stuff has me thinking I should cancel my tablet order with @madebygoogle and go Apple. Wife wants a smaller phone. I've moved from Chromebooks to mac's already. Maybe it's time. Sitting outside the apple store in Sydney as I type this lol.

I've got nest things to setup at the new house but at the same time, googles support in Australia for devices is shoddy and I STILL can't login to the nest app on my Android tv. Like 3 or 4 years since they migrated to Google logins.

What year is it? My advice is this: Allow your people to make those documents securely available in your portal. Allow your people to email a link, and separately a code, to access those documents through a secure service. Allow those docs to be encrypted in a zip and sent.

It's 2023, I should not have to wait for a physical version of old documents, which are already in a digital format, just because you can't work out how to securely provide digital copies of things to people. *He says, already signed up to e-statements only. #banking #infosec

@WellsFargo The process I just went through to get some information from 2017 and 2019 that I need was super bonkers. I can't get that info in the "secure" portal, so I had to go on the phone to request it. No problem, was simpler to find and the person was great.

What was not great is that instead of sticking it in the secure portal for me, or emailing it to the email address I have used for 14 years with you all, I was able to give an international address to the person and they will mail it to me. This was after seeing if a fax was ok

You really get to see how completely broken the @google ecosystem is when you transfer countries. Like totally nucking futz type broken experiences that just, suck If I'm losing all my pay money, store credit, movies etc and access to subs! Might as well go @Apple

Blows my mind a bit how many "global" companies answer to you moving countries is "you will need to create a new account or subscription". Looking at you (so far) @amazon @PrimeVideo @netflix and @Google / @googlefi

Hey @Qantas - 22 days now and still no baggage. Come on, can no one help with this? I've called your numbers every day, I get the same thing "sit by the phone, they'll contact you". 22 days. Just asking for more than "sit by the phone" as a response.

My high school english teacher raised me from a 27/100 to a 29/100 just so I wouldnt fail and he'd have to teach me again.
Flex your lowest academic low score. To remind us that almost everyone fails at some point in life but it isn't the end of the road. Just a memory in the end. Mine was 27/100 in Engineering Math 2, just a year after I'd scored 99 in 12th boards. Much needed kick in my butt.

It's been 12 days since @Qantas lost my luggage with every photo of my childhood in it. 12 days of being told it's on its way to Perth. I could drive it from Sydney to Perth in a quarter of that @qantas. Find my damn luggage and send it to me.

Word to the wise, if you are planning to move countries, ditch @WellsFargo as your bank before hand. They are exceptionally unhelpful when you are trying to transfer money to buy a house or set your family up. I should have ditched them 6 months ago. Much less headaches.

@qantas It's been 10 days, my luggage is still lost. Your person your customer care line just hung up on me when I told them that being told every day I call to "keep my line open" is not acceptable. I want to talk to someone who cares enough to find my luggage.

This luggage has documentation that cannot be replace from my life. It is unacceptable that all I can get is the same offshored call center telling me to keep my line open and wait for a call. I need more answers. I can't start my life here without this luggage.
