Tuscany delivered 🇮🇹 This year, the ZBD team met in Italy. Since we’re fully remote and spread across different countries and time zones, offsites are one of the rare moments where everyone gets to be in the same place at the same time. And honestly, some things just work better in person. Ideas move faster, conversations go deeper, and collaboration feels easier when it’s happening between long lunches, coffee runs, and karaoke. The hackathon was easily one of the highlights again. Small cross-functional teams building ambitious ideas in a very short amount of time somehow always leads to some of the best energy of the week.
