.@anabjain: after a certain point these methods cannot be taught, they have to be undergone. Experiencing a multiplicity of worlds, of voices, is really important.
SF can also be dangerous--certain kinds of science fiction may be responsible for the mess we are in today.
Alex McDowell: our job as designers is to throw the script away. The script is a narrative about what the actors do. Minority Report was a great liberator because it wasn't a script, it was world first.
