People drastically underestimate the importance of a simple and straightforward process for people to become your customers online.
Every box, click and step effects your conversion rate.
Do this:
1. Sit somebody unfamiliar with your business down in front of a computer.
2. Tell them to sign up for your services.
3. Stand over their shoulder, do not say a word.
4. Watch them fumble around.
5. Make it simpler.
6. Repeat.
