Grace is forever a part of me and her life mattered and continues to. I’ve said it so many times, but she did not die in vain. Her little life is helping to shape the future of a safer maternity service in this country and I’m so proud of her.

These are the newborn deaths at @BTHFT that I was sacked for trying to prevent.
No learning, no action to address the risks, and meanwhile more children die.
There is no ‘freedom to speak up’ and that costs lives.
Our South Asian families are most affected here. #inequalities
