Can't walk properly, tired a lot, occasionally amusing. Ask me for clarification if I'm unclear.

It's either continuity or termination - some networks don't like to be left "open-ended", so make sure everything that ought to be connected is, but if you're getting an open circuit where other cables measure continuity, that's probably the problem.
Replying to @2e0rtb
one of them may be to blame, as one appears to have a continuity failure, specifically between the top left pins if you look at the connector head on with the more widely spaced pins at the bottom. Is that a likely scenario? I've tried swapping the cables over but resultss (ctd)

Well, in positive news, more than half of my immediate neighbours aren't racist fuckwits - the county at large however 😐 Guess we're going to find out what happens when people vote to have local services run on the basis of ethnonationalism and hate rather than reason or logic

Hey @LidlGB - If I use self-checkout, I'm doing YOU a favour, doing work YOU would have to PAY checkout staff to do, without even giving me a staff discount. How dare you assume I'm guilty of theft and hold me prisoner until I provide my receipt to open a barrier? Never again 😡

Disabled people are not “less than” We aren’t on a 24/7 vacation or “lucky” if we don’t have to work We didn’t choose to be sick It’s a punishing existence spent fighting to be treated like a person Fighting for healthcare, fighting for social supports, fighting for survival

The single most radicalizing moment of my life happened when I was 21. I was living paycheck to paycheck at the time and BARELY scraping by. It was payday, and I went to use my debt card to buy groceries, and it was rejected. I knew the direct deposit was in and I was confused. My account was almost empty. I went to the bank to figure out what happened and nearly lost my mind. I was hit with dozens of 30 dollar overdraft fees. The bank intentionally put through large charges FIRST despite the large charges being charged after. They held back the lower micro purchase charges, and then once my account was zeroed out, they put through a string of small charges, charging me 30 dollars for each one. I paid over 30 dollars for a tin of altoids, I paid 35 dollars for five dollars in gas. Had they posted the charges correctly, I would have just been rejected. I was young and dumb and barely scraping by, but my balance at the ATM kept saying there were funds available. They hit me with so many overdraft fees that it took me months to get back on even footing. I still think about it today, and I'm filled with rage. They still pull this nonsense today on the young and poor. So yes, I'm harsh and critical towards our banking system. I want them all in prison.

When you had a therapy course booked months in advance, but are woken up by excruciating pain at 5.30am unable to walk, never mind drive. Was OK ish when I went to bed, somehow I've buggered my foot while asleep. Again. On a waiting list just to see a consultant. FML.

Dear @UKLabour, I’m a consultant clinical psychologist. What should I tell people terrified they’ll be left destitute by your proposed PIP and LCWRA changes—because you’re removing the very means they use to live with dignity and making many suicidal? Thank you, Dr Watts

Ah the 'fun' of chronic illness - felt OK yesterday, pottered about, did a few chores, nothing wild, but more activities than normal, because I felt good. Just woke up after 13h at one in the afternoon, aching all over. "Why don't you get a job, you look fine to me" This is why.

I can’t explain how heavy the grief is for disabled people to briefly be a part of society at the beginning of the pandemic, just for it to be all taken away. Work from home, socializing virtually, concerts live online, all gone. They can accommodate, they just don’t want to.

To all the Supermarkets and big commercial stores that operate 'Self Check-outs'....... You are heading towards almost exclusively self-checkout now. Today I went shopping at one such store and the lady checking receipts at the exit was stopping everyone. I didn't choose to participate in that nonsense, I had already filled my cart, emptied my cart and scanned the items, refilled my cart and so I just skipped the exit line and left. I heard her saying "Umm - Excuse me “ as I kept walking and raised the receipt above my head, leaving the store. You can either trust me to do self-checkout, or you can put your cashiers back in place like it used to be. • I'm not interested in proving that I did your job for you. • If you want me to be a cashier with no training then that's your problem not mine. • Keep employing young people and give them job opportunities. YOU DON'T PAY ME TO SCAN MY OWN SHOPPING. YOU DON’T GIVE ME STAFF DISCOUNT FOR WORKING FOR YOU. Signed ......All of us People we need to share this statement its basically about PROFIT to the stores AND putting People out of a JOB....!!! ~ unknown author ~
