There was a generation of hitters who didn’t have private labs, slow-mo breakdowns, or daily swing breakdowns in their DMs.
They had a cage.
One coach.
And a whole lot of failure.
They didn’t outsource adjustments.
They learned to feel them.
They didn’t run to technology every 0-for-4.
They learned how to compete through it.
They had to figure it out themselves — in the dark, in the mess, in the middle of a season when nobody was coming to save them.
And because of that, they developed something you can’t measure:
Ownership.
Feel.
Resilience.
Technology is a tool.
But awareness is a skill.
We can't let convenience rob this generation of growth.
