You can take away many amazing things from the Honourable Lincoln Alexander and one of the important lessons that stays with OBEN is...to TRY at whatever it is you do. Try to learn something, use a little hair grease and get it done. #LincolnAlexanderDay

We asked our BPN parents how they start the school year! What seemed to continue to appear was the importance of advocating for their children by staying connected to their schools and their communities. #OBEN #BlackStudents #BlackCommunity #BlackParentsNetwork #BackToSchool
