I ditched fast food about 1.5 years ago. I realized I was harming my body with the chemicals and processed sugars being added to food. It was difficult in the beginning and I had a very hard time learning how love foods I’d previously rejected. I lost a lot of weight, reduced my cholesterol, and found a new love for vegetables. I try to eat minimally processed as much as possible and use my foods to get the nutrients my body needs versus turning to supplements. I was all about supplements for a while. I still eat meat, but I feel so much better since I’ve moved to eating colorful foods every day.
Forgive my half eaten salad. I’m impulse sharing because it’s so good. 😅
