▶️Fact that EAs have to wear protective gear, which isn’t all that protective, is a sign that OntMin of Education is failing miserably.
Schools need abundant expert supports & children need specific tools to enable safe/responsive/thriving environments.

Educational Assistants are the first responders before police are involved. At the end of a working day EAs don't know if they're going home to their families or the ER. Many EAs are on disability now because of the violence. Who else has to wear KEVLAR, sheilds, helmets at work?

He understands what regular Canadians are facing because “his people” are normal people… him parents, his family, his friends are Canadian facing the stress and challenges most Canadians face.
