Sometimes it's good to show up to celebrate others. Diane and I loved doing that this week in own own backyard! Congrats to Americans for Prosperity-Michigan for their opening of a head quarters in Macomb. They are doing so much for our state! And it was a true honor to be able to celebrate Jim Sawyer and his retirement celebration as Macomb Community College President. We are grateful for his lifetime of service in this arena. But what it actually does? 👇 💰Hands out taxpayer-funded, no-strings-attached cash to everyone from rich families to illegals in Democrat strongholds 🗳️Studies their voting habits afterward 🗣️Trains the recipients on how to talk to the media about the program Meanwhile, the state already has 10 other programs that are built with safeguards in place to help people while protecting the taxpayers' trust.
