Honored to celebrate the ribbon-cutting for Chief Dennis L. Devlin Park! New landscaping, benches, & a fountain for summer fun. Thanks to Councilmember Amanda Farias & Commissioner Jessica Aponte for making this happen. Onward to rebuilding more community spaces! 🎀

When Donald Trump says that Cuban people love him, he’s talking about Cubans in Miami. On the island, it’s a different story. We asked Cubans in Cuba about what they think about Trump.

¡Pensamiento vivo! 🗣️🔥 #Afroféminas #SueliCarneiro #FeminismoNegro #Antirracismo

A teacher once told Arturo Alfonso Schomburg that Black people had no history. At 17, he sailed to New York with almost nothing and dedicated his life to proving that teacher wrong. Today, the collection he built contains more than 11 million items, preserving the history, achievements, and contributions of people of African descent for future generations. A powerful reminder that ignorance can spark a lifelong mission for truth.
