VM or dualboot? I've been keeping MS on main for adobe creative suites but I'm over it flagging my apps as severe threats and removing them. The os should never overwrite the user, especially if the user knows wtf they doin.

Blocking off your calendar to allow you to have Focus Time outside of your barrage of meetings is great, but sometimes I really struggle to focus when I finally make it to that block of Focus Time. No one talks about that.

What was the best thing your company did during onboarding?
When I onboarded my manager put together a Trello board with a column for each week. Each week had cards for different tasks. I also had a pipeline with cards introducing each team member!

Really feels like the rest of the country shrugged when it heard New Orleans didn’t flood, briefly chastised us for living where we live, & fully moved on when ~1,000,000 people don’t have power for medical devices, a/c during a heat wave, etc.
