Memecoins and especially the Pumpfun ecosystem have completely fucked me over. The trenches is about to lose one of its last honest bagworking devs.
I started as the CTO of Lil’ Finder Guy 2.5 months ago.
I built this coin from absolute zero.
I grew the X account to 1.7K followers.
I built the TikTok to 23K followers with 1.2 million likes and 13 million views.
I’m the one who gave Lil’ Finder Guy a real face and presence. How? I started a trend on TikTok & that helped Apple gain 200K users.
Millions of people saw Lil’ Finder Guy because of what I built. Apple’s MacBook Neo ads have pulled in over 25 million views since the trend took off.
I generated over $15K in creator fees and reinvested every cent back into the project. I actually put honest work into the Pumpfun ecosystem, like expected of honest devs.
And all of that just so that on the day the hype around Lil’ Finder Guy is at its peak at the conference, then some vamp coin pumped by a bunch of shady bundling KOLs shows up? Is there really that little respect left in this scene? And no, this isn’t about the name. Because if it was you'd use your brain and see that Fin is derived from Finder.
The real problem is you greedy bastards don’t know how to respect actual bagwork anymore. You’ve extracted millions out of the Pumpfun ecosystem and you still can’t stop. You’re the reason so many honest devs are walking away. You ruin everything. You launch a vamp coin and don’t even bother building socials for it.
In the last 12 months all our ecosystem has done is make it easier for dickriding KOLs to extract even more.
I loved this. I loved building a community. I loved bringing people joy. But I’m done with that part. From now on, I’m going to make sure as few people as possible leave their money in this scene just to make you ungrateful pigs even richer.
For me, this chapter is basically closed. I’m going to do what most of you can’t, keep going with Lil’ Finder Guy. Because what I have built is beautiful & not many can achieve what I have done.
You’re all going to be shocked when the Lil’ Finder Guy TikTok hits 1 million followers. And no, you fucking retards, the name doesn’t matter. It’s about the character. Apple doesn’t give a shit what he’s called. It’s about him being seen. The name came from us. All my followers call him Lil’ Finder Guy, that’s 10x more people than are even left in the trenches.

Three months ago, Apple introduced Lil' Finder Guy to the world for the very first time in its advertising campaign for the new MacBook Neo. They placed a small 3D character in every video and essentially made him the face of the MacBook Neo.
On top of that, Apple created a TikTok grid where Lil' Finder Guy appears on a massive grid across their profile. Despite all of this, Apple has never officially explained who this little character really is, what his actual name is, or how they plan to use him in the future.
That is exactly what makes this another marketing masterstroke from Apple. By leaving everything open to interpretation and allowing people to speculate, they have created enormous hype around Lil' Finder Guy. Apple fans already love him. Unofficial 3D figures of him are already being created and shared online.
Meanwhile, we helped make his face go viral on TikTok. We built a community of more than 22K followers, started a TikTok trend that has generated thousands of videos, and one of our videos has reached nearly 8 million views.
Now the day everyone has been speculating about has finally arrived. WWDC26 begins today. Yesterday, all event attendees received welcome packages filled with exclusive merchandise. And what did Apple do? They included a Lil' Finder Guy pin. Yet another marketing genius move from Apple. And still, there has been no official statement from the company. However, that may change during WWDC26 as more details begin to emerge.
One attendee is currently going viral after claiming that the character's name is "Fin." According to him, he asked an Apple employee directly. Personally, I would treat that claim with caution. Even if it came from an Apple employee, it may only be an internal nickname. One thing is certain: the name "Fin" has little recognition among the wider community, which is why I believe it is more likely a nickname than an official name. One person calls him "Fin." Another calls him "Finder." But there is only one name that truly makes sense, and that is Lil' Finder Guy.
Our TikTok and X community has made its position clear. He is Lil' Finder Guy.
So why is Apple doing all of this?
Because every unanswered question fuels more discussion. Every discussion puts the character in front of more people. Every new sighting increases his recognition. Apple is keeping us guessing, and in doing so, they are turning Lil' Finder Guy into something much bigger.
Lil' Finder Guy is destined for more.
