The first trip I took as Assistant Secretary was to the Flathead Reservation to meet w/ the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes. It was a memorable experience where I learned of the challenges w/their dams, irrigation project and the Nat’l Bison Range. #Quyanaqpak to CSKT.
